Privacy policy
Full Signal Media ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at fullsignalmedia.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
The Site does not use contact forms or account registration. We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you send us. If you email us or book a call through our scheduling link, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Website usage and interaction information. PostHog helps us understand visits and improve the Site. It may process page views, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser details, performance measurements, clicks, scrolling, and similar interactions.
- Session replay information. PostHog may record a visual reconstruction of how visitors interact with the Site so we can identify usability problems. We do not use session replay to collect payment or account credentials, and the Site does not provide fields for that information.
- Advertising and conversion information. Where enabled, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Yahoo DSP pixel may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect page URLs, referring pages, IP addresses, timestamps, browser and device characteristics, cookie or device identifiers, page visits, clicks, and interactions with our advertising. These services may use this information to measure advertising, attribute conversions, create or reach audiences, limit how often ads appear, and provide or personalize ads on other websites and services.
- Visitor identification information. Where enabled, Squid ID may collect page URLs, referring pages, IP addresses, timestamps, browser and device characteristics, and pseudonymous identifiers, and may combine that information with business and professional data from its identity and enrichment partners to identify the person visiting the Site and the company they work for. Identified information may include name, job title, employer, company details, email address, and professional social profiles.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations, and manage our business relationship with you. We use website analytics to measure traffic, understand which content is useful, diagnose errors and performance issues, and improve navigation and design. Where advertising technologies are enabled, we and our advertising partners may use information collected through those technologies to measure campaign performance, understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or other action, build or reach advertising audiences, and provide or personalize advertising. Where visitor identification is enabled, we use identified business-visitor information to understand which companies are interested in our services and to follow up with potential business clients.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our disclosure of identifiers and internet or similar activity to advertising partners and to our visitor-identification provider for the purposes described above may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out.
We do not use a general cookie-consent banner. Instead, the Site does not load Google Tag Manager, PostHog, LinkedIn, Yahoo, or Squid ID tags for visitors that Cloudflare identifies as located in Europe. For other visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Site may continue to use PostHog for first-party website analytics but does not load the LinkedIn or Yahoo advertising tags or the Squid ID identification tag. Cloudflare provides the country or continent signal at the network edge; we use it for this loading decision rather than to determine a visitor's precise location.
Third-party services
The Site uses a small number of service providers and advertising partners that may process data when you use it:
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the Site.
- Google Tag Manager manages when analytics and advertising technologies are loaded on the Site.
- PostHog provides product analytics, website analytics, performance measurement, heatmaps, and session replay. PostHog may use cookies or similar browser storage to distinguish visits and sessions. Learn more in PostHog's privacy policy.
- LinkedIn may provide advertising measurement, conversion tracking, aggregate professional demographic reporting, and retargeting through the LinkedIn Insight Tag. LinkedIn may use information collected through the tag to measure and improve advertising and to show relevant ads, subject to a visitor's LinkedIn settings. LinkedIn states that it removes members' direct identifiers within seven days and deletes the remaining pseudonymized data within 180 days. - Yahoo Advertising may provide campaign measurement, conversion tracking, audience creation, and personalized advertising through the Yahoo DSP pixel. Yahoo and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to recognize browsers or devices, measure advertising, and provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest visitors on this Site and other websites or services. - Squid ID (ScriptEngine, Inc.) may identify business visitors to the Site by matching browser and device signals against identity and business-contact data from its data partners, and reports the resulting person and company information to us. Squid ID runs in an isolated frame on the page and does not sell or share personal information for its own purposes. - Google Calendar handles call scheduling when you use our booking link; information you enter there is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, then delete it. Analytics and session information is retained according to our settings and our service providers' retention practices, and only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above.
Your choices
You can limit or delete cookies and similar storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing that storage may affect how analytics and advertising services recognize a visit but will not prevent the Site from working. LinkedIn members can manage advertising uses of their data through LinkedIn Ads settings. You can manage Yahoo personalized advertising through Yahoo Privacy Controls. Industry opt-out tools are also available from the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative. These choices may be browser- or device-specific, and opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising or measurement.
You can ask Squid ID not to identify you on this Site or any other site that uses Squid ID by adding your email address to its do-not-identify list.
The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control signal for advertising and identification technologies. When your browser sends that signal, the Site does not load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Yahoo DSP pixel, or the Squid ID identification tag.
You may also contact us at hello@fullsignalmedia.com to ask questions or request that we not use or disclose your personal information for targeted advertising where applicable law provides that right.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live and whether applicable law covers our activities, you may also have the right to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email hello@fullsignalmedia.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising any privacy right.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated to active clients directly.
